Shaw Ekpo Enterprises (SEE) is a boutique consulting firm at the forefront of delivering consulting, training, and coaching on Human Resources, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility and Leadership Development. SEE works with clients to create and implement strategies and policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of their operations, from hiring practices and employee engagement to communication and decision-making processes. Sherika Ekpo
Sherika Ekpo (she/her) is a global human resources leader and C-suite advisor with 20 years of human capital management experience including workplace culture transformation, talent management, data analysis, DE&I strategy, and entrepreneurship.
Over her career, she has held leadership roles within some of the most innovative organizations, including Google, United States Digital Service (USDS), Department of Homeland Security, General Electric and JPMorgan Chase. Most recently, she served as Interim Chief People Officer of Anaplan. With a robust background in people operations, talent acquisition, and finance, Sherika is a guiding force for companies navigating the evolving workplace landscape.
In her current role as an HR strategist and fractional CHRO, she guides organizations in cultivating transformational workplace cultures that foster clarity, impact and connection across five generations of employees through practical, evidence-based approaches. Sherika is a community builder and passionate advocate for women and people of color and has been recognized with several professional, civic, and community awards for her contributions, including as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Georgia in 2022 by Women We Admire.
She is a sought-after keynote speaker and has spoken at 50+ major conferences including the Consumer Electronic Show, Grace Hopper, and Tapia Conferences. She co-authored the first-ever, equity-fluent leadership playbook with UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, titled Advance Belonging in Organizations.
Sherika received her MBA from the University of Maryland and her bachelor’s degree from Howard University.
